Specifications

 The 2BE1 series water ring vacuum pump is used for sucking air or other gas with non corrosives, insoluble in water, non solid particles, to obtain vacuum in sealed vessels. The gas sucked can be allowed to contain micro liquid. The pressure of pump is recommended between -0.04Mpa---0.09Mpa.

The pumps are widely used in chemical, petrochemical, light industry, pharmaceutical, paper making, metallurgy, building materials, electronics, food, coal preparation, ore dressing, chemical fertilizer etc...

The pump can be sucked flammable and combustible gas with explosion-proof motor. The pump can be sucked corrosive gas when the materials of pump is corrosion resistance.

1. High reliability

It's high reliability because the pump is installed very strong hot charging interference fit with shaft and impeller hole, the high safety factor. The impeller, hub and blade is all welding process. The dynamic balance is solved, smooth running, low noise.

2. Easy maintenance

There are checking holes(removal the pressure plate) on the both end cover of the pumps, so it's easy to check the internal construction or interval, can rapidly and freely replace the vent valve plate. In addition, packing can be replaced without removal the pump cover.

This series water ring vacuum pump is adopting systematic designing. The distributing plate, impeller and other main parts are reasonable designed, high efficiency. It's designed with flexible exhaust valve to avoid over compress in gas compression process, reduce power consumption by automatic adjust gas area.

The impeller is impact molding in one time, good shaped. There is heat treatment in welding impeller, impeller is good toughness, high capability of colliding and bending.
